Life at Anmer Hall with William, Kate, George, Charlotte (and) Carole Middleton

There is quite a crowd at Anmer Hall right now.

Within those freshly painted walls, among those tasteful new fabrics, heated swimming pool and springy green lawns, reside four HRHs: two future monarchs, William and George, the Duchess of Cambridge and her newborn Princess.

There's also a night nurse, a nanny, a housekeeper, a chef, an assortment of protection officers and Lupo the dog, currently sporting a new pink collar in honour of Princess Charlotte's birth.

But there is one person who, although without royal title, is the reigning Queen of Anmer's court — organising every detail of the family's life with indefatigable precision and consummate self-assurance.
