On October 15, Wills and Kate were snapped leaving an after-dark doctor's appointment. They were at the Duchess' OB/GYN, Dr. Alan Farthing.

During Kate's first pregnancy, Dr. Farthing (the Queen's current surgeon-gynecologist) assisted Sir Marcus Setchell (Sir Setchell has since retired).

The Duke was carrying an envelope which we suspect contained images of Baby Cambridge's first trimester scan.

Unfortunately, the pictures are of poor quality and therefore it's tough to ID what Kate was wearing.
