KATE MIDDLETON is masterminding the party plans for her brother-in-law's 30th birthday next month.
Latest reports suggest that the Duchess of Cambridge is working with one of London's top hotspot owners, Guy Pelly, to turn one of the rooms in Kensington Palace into a nightclub on September 15 for Prince Harry's big day.
Both the Duchess, Harry and his brother Prince William have been friends with Guy for years, having also attended his wedding earlier this year.
